Do It Yourself Detox Acupressure

Are you feeling a little sluggish from all the holiday goodies?  Then try this simple technique:

Press into the webbing between your big toe and 2nd toe, and you will likely feel a tender or downright painful spot. With your finger, press or gently massage this spot for about 2 minutes, and repeat this 2-3 times per day.  The point is called Liver 3 and is a major detoxification point on the body.  It helps with clearing the body of congestion, relieves allergic reactions, soothes red tired eyes and can even help with irritability.
